CARES is a College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources center at the University of Missouri - Columbia. CARES is located in Mumford Hall in the Memorial Union area of the Columbia campus. For location and driving directions, see location.
While we are housed in the east wing of historic Mumford Hall, constructed in 1922, our facilities have been renovated to incorporate modern office standards, including climate control, network access, lighting and energy-efficient windows. CARES proudly occupies the offices originally constructed for the Dean of Agriculture and his support staff.
Hardware includes more than fifty Windows-based PCs and servers. All workstations are Ethernet networked and have full Internet access. CARES Internet capacity includes five servers, four development servers, web hosting for other campus centers, and Internet mapping capacity.
