Title: A National Mapping and Reporting System for Y-USA Pioneering Health Communities

Project Description:

CARES and Y-USA explored how CARES’ suite of applications can benefit PHC teams in learning about their current resources and planning their policy, systems, and environmental change efforts around this knowledge. The National Mapping and Reporting System for Y-USA PHCs builds on the suite of Internet Geographic Information system (GIS) and reporting applications developed at CARES over the past twenty years.

Goals:

• Interface CARES platform with Y-USA SharePoint platform
• Customize and implement a National Mapping and Reporting System
• Develop and implement Online Accomplishments Management Suite
